A sacred invitation to journey into the heart with ceremonial cacao and into the womb with yoni steaming, bringing in a conscious pause and intentional presence.

For thousands of years, plant medicine and ancient healing modalities have been practiced by the Aztec and Mayan and many other cultures around the world.

Sitting in ceremony with cacao, allowing a reunion with the self and reconnecting to the heart space. We then connect with the innate wisdom of the womb with yoni steaming.

Ceremonial cacao is rich and delicious, packed with theobromine and antioxidants that get your blood flowing. It is vibrational plant medicine known for its power as a heart opener. Known as the Food of the Gods by the Mayan’s, cacao gives one a warm and fuzzy feeling of being held and supported, taking one into a deep meditative state.

Yoni steaming, a traditional ancient self-care practice where one sits or kneels over a warm pot of carefully blended herbs. Ancient records document the use of yoni steaming in Europe, Africa and Asia. Regular yoni steaming helps cleanse, re-tone and improve the pH level of the uterus by increasing the blood flow in the yoni. The steam helps cleanse the womb by penetrating the blood cells, removing stagnation and improving the flow of Qi. During the ancient times women would gather in circle, their day spas at the time and steam together with their sisters. Yoni steaming connects one back into the womb; a space of nothingness, a divine portal of creation.

Ceremonial cacao and yoni steaming amplify each other and unravel the wisdom of the heart and womb, opening us to a portal of creation. This ritual demands we slow down and arrive in our fullness. Reclaiming fully who we are through this transformative ceremony, feminine embodiment rituals and practical tools.

Your dignity will be maintained all through the yoni steaming ceremony. A safe and sacred space is created for this ancient healing process. Kaftans will be available for this process but you can also bring your own sarong to wrap the lower half of your body.

You cannot steam if :

You are pregnant or whilst trying to conceive
On your period
One is suffering from an infection that is causing a burning itch. Steaming should be avoided as the heat from the steam can aggravate the infection.
Tubal coagulation
Birth control implantations.
Uterine ablation.
A mild 10mins steaming can be done when one is wearing an IUD.
