Sacred Pause is a guided 9D Breathwork experience that takes you beyond the noise of the mind into the calm depth of your being. Through rhythmic breath patterns — including deep belly breathing, coherent, box, and infinity breathing — you’ll move through waves of relaxation and gentle activation, inviting your nervous system to reset.

💖 What to Bring:

A water bottle
A blanket (your temperature may shift during the session)
Loose, comfortable clothing (avoid anything tight around your belly or diaphragm)

⏰ Preparation & Arrival:

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and ground.
Eat light beforehand and stay well-hydrated. Avoid stimulants (caffeine, alcohol, substances) on the day of the journey if possible.

Give yourself permission to fully receive. This is sacred space.

A breathing session may not be suitable if you experience or have experienced:

Cardiovascular issues or abnormal blood pressure
Epilepsy, seizures, or aneurysms
Severe psychiatric symptoms (e.g., psychosis, paranoia, bipolar)
Osteoporosis, recent surgeries, or glaucoma
Pregnancy
Asthma (please bring your inhaler and consult your doctor)
Emotional/spiritual crisis or untreated mental health conditions

If unsure, please reach out to Tarsha, your certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, before participating. In most cases, modifications can be made to support your safety.

NOTE: This is mostly a beautiful soft and gentle yin style, down regulation breathing technique's so the health considerations are not as much of an issue in this session. Great for those wanting to experience the world of 9D Breathwork with a softer gentler journey with all the benefits!!
