Time does not magically appear if we don’t consciously make it. This is your invitation to pause.

~ Seasonal Sanctuary ~

A workshop series designed to strengthen the connection with yourself by honouring the rhythms of nature. As the seasons shift, they offer an opportunity to reflect and realign.

Each gathering is a sacred pause — a space for stillness, introspection and depth.

A moment to step away from the constant stimulation of daily life and return to listening to the quiet voice within.

What to Expect

We move through gentle and supportive practices that invite the body and mind to slow down gradually.

Your journey within includes:

gentle and accessible movement
restorative shapes
intentional breathing practices
guided meditation
quiet moments for reflection
optional journalling

These elements are woven together to support an inner stillness that feels safe.

Seasonal Themes

Each workshop is aligned with the energy of the season:

Autumn Equinox — Receive & Release (March 2026)
Winter Solstice — Nest & Nourish (June 2026)
Spring Equinox — Rise & Root (September 2026)
Summer Solstice — Bask & Bloom (December 2026)

You are warmly invited to join this Seasonal Sanctuary and give yourself the rare gift of time.

Like any of us, she is navigating life with its natural ups and downs and values practices that cultivate steadiness.
