Seeing Anew: Women's Retreat for Connection and Renewal
28 FEB - 2 MAR, 2025

We invite you to join us for our Women's Summer retreat ‘Seeing Anew’ in beautiful Jervis Bay to replenish, renew and reconnect.

Step into the year with intention and connection. This retreat offers space to reset, reflect, and honour both your own path and the collective journey we share. Move forward with renewed clarity, balance, and intention through grounding practices, heartfelt circles, and restorative activities that nurture and energise you in a beautiful and supportive environment.

Weaving together embodied practices, nature connection, and systemic constellations, we’ll explore what it means to cultivate wellbeing—not just for ourselves, but in relationship with others and the world around us.

This retreat is an opportunity to slow down, listen deeply, and restore the inner conditions that support a meaningful life

What to Expect:

Grounding practices – Enjoy sound bowls and qigong to sooth your body and mind.
Family & Systemic Constellations – Uncover and shift unseen dynamics that shape your life.
Time in Nature – Reconnect with the land as a source of wisdom and renewal.
Deep Listening & Shared Reflection – Be held in a space of openhearted conversation and community.
Creative visioning – Clarify your hopes and intentions for the future

‘‘I had a really lovely restful time on this retreat. The area that where I’ve been in the last few days has been very peaceful, beautifully located with wonderful dam. I’ve really enjoyed going deeper within myself to explore what the meaning of well-being is, and it’s a many layered thing for me. It’s allowed me to shed some of my own bark off my tree.”
– Clare Hopkins, Artist

“The retreat has been amazing. I think just being here on the land with such a wonderful group of people, it’s been really nourishing and very welcoming. I feel like we’ve had quite a deep kind of experience with each other, even though it’s been a short amount of time.”
