We invite you to join us for our Women's Summer retreat ‘Seeing Anew’ in beautiful Jervis Bay to replenish, renew and reconnect.

Step into the year with intention and connection. This retreat offers space to reset, reflect, and honour both your own path and the collective journey we share. Move forward with renewed clarity, balance, and intention through grounding practices, heartfelt circles, and restorative activities that nurture and energise you in a beautiful and supportive environment.

Weaving together embodied practices, nature connection, and systemic constellations, we’ll explore what it means to cultivate wellbeing—not just for ourselves, but in relationship with others and the world around us.

This retreat is an opportunity to slow down, listen deeply, and restore the inner conditions that support a meaningful life

Dates:

Location:

The retreat is held on a beautiful 8-acre bush property close to national parks and beaches in Jervis Bay (2–2.5 hours from Sydney and Canberra). We acknowledge the custodians and country of the places we live, work and play.

Retreat exchange:

Retreat: $445 (Inclusions: breakfast, tea and coffee, some snacks and materials)

Accomodation:

There is a choice of accommodation on the land for an additional fee.

Bunk bed in shared room - $110 for 2 nights
Caravan single in shared room 2 people - $100 for 2 nights
Single room (own room) - $135 for 2 nights
Queen bed (own room), $150 - you can share it if you like.

Note: Fitted sheet, pillow and doona provided.
Bring your own linen (doona cover and pillow slip) or hire for $25

Food

Breakfast, morning and afternoon tea, tea and coffee is provided throughout the retreat.
To foster a community spirit and to make the retreat accessible, we will have shared lunches and a pot luck dinner with shared food on Saturday evening. We will co-ordinate what to bring and there is a kitchen and large fridge in the cottage to store food.)
We will meet in a local pub on Friday night for dinner at 6:30pm and gather together in circle after dinner.

Carpooling

We will help organise carpooling to get to the retreat and there is also the possibility to catch a train to Bomaderry (20m drive) and someone can pick you up.

Retreat Facilitators

Jax Wechsler
Jax (left) is a trauma-informed facilitator, educator, and coach passionate about change, inner development, and enabling better futures for individuals, society, and the planet. A life-long learner (and un-learner), her areas of interest and expertise include neuroscience and polyvagal theory, somatics, regenerative development, social innovation, earth-based spirituality, resilience, creativity, and collective and intergenerational trauma. She strongly believes that inner development and new ways of being, grounded in inter-being with nature, will help people meet current social and environmental challenges, to thrive and flourish. Jax is committed to nurturing inner and outer sovereignty, supporting individuals and communities to reclaim their agency and wellbeing in the face of complex systems.

Vivien Sung
Viv (right) is a facilitator, educator and visual storyteller passionate about guiding individual and collective change to restore wellbeing and right relationship with our living world. Her work is rooted in the belief that regeneration is not only ecological but deeply relational, grounded in heart-centred and restorative ways of being. Combining her deep curiosity with expertise in leadership and inner development, creative and systems thinking, regenerative development, systemic constellations and energy healing, she stewards pathways to well-being. She believes flourishing futures require more than technological solutions—calling for a revival of heart, imagination, and spirit.
