A.Skillz @ XCHC

A.SKILLZ, UK-based DJ/producer/good time instigator extraordinaire, has taken his infectious sound to cities and festivals around the world, and the team at Yumm Productions are chuffed to be hosting him at our home away from home, XCHC (The Exchange, Christchurch), on the 22nd of November.

A.Skillz is a true party rocker behind the turntables, captivating crowds with his ability to mash up myriad musical elements into a unique and delicious cocktail, infused with his own signature sound, drawing from his roots in Funk, Soul, Hip Hop, Rock and Bass music. His sets are crammed with his own re-edits, remixes and original productions, crafted to take audiences on a journey that keeps them dancing the whole way through.

In Ōtautahi, A.Skillz will be joined by a powerhouse trio of local DJs - Mr Meaty Boy, Bellsy, and Rosa - weaving a multi-genre journey of different flavours of bass and dance music. Come prepared to boogie, as these 4 musicians know how to bring the heat.

Yumm Productions will be lushing-up the XCHC with their usual sprinkles of cozy decadence, and the resident XCHC artists will have some visual delights up their sleeves for us as well.

The Yumm Productions kaupapa is one of mutual respect and community engagement, and our events are crafted with this in mind - come to connect, be conscientious of the humans around you, and as always remember that anything short of “frick yes” means no. The fabulous XCHC bar staff will be able to point you in the direction of your hosts if you or your mates should require any support.
