A Song and Dance: An Evening of Music, Movement & Connection with Sarah Brydon and DJ Global Harmonizer

We begin the evening by joining in communal song, guided by the radiant Sarah Brydon. Let your voice rise and blend with others as we open the space with heart-centered harmony, creating a shared resonance that sets the tone for the night.

From there, ride the wave of sound into a specially curated Ecstatic Dance experience led by the ever-inspiring DJ Global Harmonizer. Let your body move freely, feeling, releasing, celebrating and connecting through rhythm in a space of non-judgement and full acceptance. 

To close, return inward with an extended Vocal Sound Journey with Sarah. Surrender to layers of healing tones, harmonics and vocal alchemy - designed to soothe the nervous system and invite deep rest, insight and integration.

* bring socks to dance in, as this is a shoes off event

WHO IS INVOLVED?

Sarah Brydon

Sarah Brydon is a music therapist, singer-songwriter, yoga and Pilates instructor and sacred sounder. With over 20 years of experience singing and 10 years healing in sacred musical rituals, she’ll take you deep into the mystical realms with ancient chants and medicine songs. Drawing on her knowledge of music and the brain, she crafts an experience that promotes deep relaxation and self-healing through music that bypasses the confines of the mind. Sarah seeks to expand your inner world with the intimate and powerful sound of the human voice.

Jody / Global Harmonizer

Starting out as a musician and producer, Jody rediscovered DJing/Ecstatic Dance while training to be a Sound Healer in Bali in 2014. He quickly came to realise that Ecstatic Dance combines everything he is passionate about - music, sound tech, dancing and creating positive, safe community spaces for expression and healing.
