Tend Your Inner Garden is a feminine ritual of breathwork, meditation, and sensory care. Together, we’ll reflect on what’s blooming in our lives, gently release what needs weeding, and prepare to step into the light of a new season—centered, rooted, and renewed.

Surrounded by soft floor cushions, glowing lanterns, natural textures, and the healing presence of women gathering in circle, you’ll be guided inward to listen, tend, and remember.
