A Sound Bath for Rest, Clarity & Connection with Linda Rogers

Sunday, July 19 from 4:30pm to 5:30pm

Sliding Scale: $35-$45

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, mentally scattered, or simply hungry for a deeper exhale, this is a space to step away from the noise and into a different kind of stillness, one that allows you to breathe deeper, soften your grip, and reconnect with yourself. Through sound and vibration, you’ll be invited inward to a place of stillness, clarity, and connection that can be hard to access in the rush of daily life. If you’ve been craving an hour to escape, reset, and reconnect with something deeper within you, this is that space.

During this hour-long experience, you’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, drumming, chimes, and other healing instruments, creating space for deep rest, reflection, and energetic renewal.

After the sound bath, there will be an optional time for tea and connection, a chance to gather in community, share your experience, or simply sit quietly in the energy of the evening. Each guest will receive a small grounding stone to take home.

Mats, blankets, and pillows will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring anything additional that will help you feel comfortable, as you’ll be lying down for the duration of the session.

Please note that this ritual is upstairs. If you are not comfortable navigating stairs, but are interested in sound healing, please contact us at info@theravenswing.com for potential future healings.
