Step away from the busyness of life and into a space of deep rest, relaxation, and renewal. Surrounded by the beautiful Wasatch mountains, this immersive sound bath experience is designed to help calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and support the body's natural ability to heal. Through the soothing vibrations of sound, you'll be invited to unwind, soften, and simply receive. Allow yourself to be held as you relax into a state of ease and surrender. No experience is necessary—just come as you are!
Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable and supported during this deeply restorative experience: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water bottle, or any other cozy items you might need.
Mary is a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor and Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator-in-Training based in Heber City, Utah. Passionate about nervous system regulation, she uses sound as a powerful tool to help calm the mind, restore balance, and create space for deep relaxation and healing.
