A Sound Healing Experience at Soul Space

Come along and immerse yourself in the world of sound therapy with a 45 minute 7 bowl chakra sound healing. Each quartz crystal singing bowl is associated with the 7 chakra systems of the human body by a corresponding musical note and is designed to clear, balance, activate and heal anomalies associated to that specific chakra system, be that emotional, physical or spiritual. The sound bowls are tuned to the 432Hz frequency that increases mental clarity and intuition. Research shows that listening to this frequency reduces anxiety and stress, lowers heart rate and and reduces blood pressure. Sound healings are for almost anyone and everyone however if you have epilepsy, a pacemaker or ICD, shunts or metal implants, Parkinson’s disease and a DBS, please consult your specialist to work out if it’s right for you.
