...An Evening of Kirtan with Edo and Friends - Celebrating 10 Years with A Sound Life Charity...

It's with pleasure we invite you to a special celebration - A Sound Life’s 10 Year Anniversary! We welcome you to join us for a beautiful evening of mantra, meditation, connection and community.

The evening will celebrate 10 Years of our beloved A Sound Life Charity, running our heartfelt programs bringing the healing power of music, yoga and meditation to people in need as a free service in healthcare (hospitals, disabilities, mental health) and underserved communities (youth at risk and women’s shelters).

Edo Kahn our Founder will be joined by some of our A Sound Life family and incredible musicians - Nadav Kahn, Gus Abiz, Maxiji, Maharishi Raval and more.

Kirtan is an ancient practice, a musical journey of coming together in harmony to connect with our inner nature of peace, bliss and unconditional love. Scientific studies have found that chanting can decrease stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms, as well as increase positive mood, feelings of relaxation and focused attention.
