Ashleigh, the founder of Soulful Sunflower Sanctuary, will guide you through a powerful session combining Conscious Connected Breathwork, bodywork facilitations, nerve flossing and facilitated breath re-patterning to support your individual journey.

You’ll be supported to explore stored emotions, tension and patterns held within the body and nervous system. This session invites you to move beyond the thinking mind, connect more deeply with your body and allow your body to process whatever it is ready to process.

Sessions are 2 hours in total, including an introduction and education, a 60-minute breathwork journey, followed by closing and integration.

Important Safety Information

This style of breathwork is not suitable for individuals with a history of:

Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis or dissociative identity disorder
Epilepsy, heart conditions or detached retina
Pregnancy

Group sessions are intentionally capped to keep the experience intimate and allow for a more personalised experience.

Important Information

Timing: Please arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself time to settle into the space. Doors will lock at the session start time for privacy and safety. Late arrivals cannot enter and refunds cannot be provided.

Your Facilitator: Ashleigh is a qualified Breathwork Practitioner, trained with Innerbloom Breathwork in Perth, and founder of Soulful Sunflower Sanctuary.

All participants must be 18+. Waivers are signed prior to the session.
