November New Moon: A Space to Soften 🌑

Sunday, November 8th | 3–5pm | Geraldton Yoga Studio

An invitation to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself.

In the busyness of everyday life, we can spend so much time giving, doing, and holding everything together that we forget what it feels like to simply receive.

A Space to Soften is a nurturing afternoon dedicated to reconnecting with yourself, setting intentions for the new lunar cycle, and allowing yourself to rest in a space of warmth, care, and unconditional love.

We’ll begin with a gentle grounding meditation and New Moon intention setting, creating space to reflect on what you wish to invite into your life and what you’re ready to release. From there, you’ll be guided into a gentle energy healing experience, where you can settle into stillness, soften the body, quiet the mind, and simply receive.

There is nothing you need to achieve, nothing you need to make happen, and no particular experience you need to have. You are welcome exactly as you are. You may experience a deep stillness, sensations in the body, body movement, visions or emotional release.

We’ll close our afternoon together with a warm cup of herbal tea, allowing time to gently integrate, reflect, and reconnect.

✨ Your afternoon will include:

Grounding meditation and relaxation
New Moon reflection and intention setting
A nurturing, gentle energy healing experience
Time for rest, stillness, and connection
Herbal tea and gentle integration

This is a space to put down the weight of the outside world for a little while. A space to breathe, to be held, and to remember that you don’t always have to be doing something to be worthy of receiving.

Come as you are. Leave a little softer. 🤍

Bring an open heart, comfortable clothing, and anything that will help you feel cosy and supported. All you need to do is arrive and allow yourself to receive.
