A Sparkling Soiree // Bird in Hand X Kane Pollard - Sparkling Masterclass and Lunch with Chef Kane Pollard
Bird in Hand welcomes guests to attend one of two unique Sparkling Spring Masterclasses
and Luncheons with award-winning chef Kane Pollard.
Guests will experience the newly refurbished terrace gardens at Woodside as Kane and the team serve up an amazing three-course meal comprising local, sustainable ingredients, including fresh produce collected directly from the on-site Bird in Hand kitchen garden.
Adding sparkle to the masterclass, chief winemaker Sarah Burvill will introduce guests to Bird in Hand’s méthode traditionnelle ‘O’ Sparkling and guide them through notable characteristics of a premium selection of Bird in Hand wines, as well as ways to deftly pair wine with cuisine.
Entertainment by local musician Ollie English will add to the relaxed atmosphere.
Cost: $200 per guest.
Tickets include canapés, a shared menu by chef Kane Pollard (entrée, main and cheese), masterclass with chief winemaker Sarah Burvill and live entertainment by Ollie English.
