Now it is time, Slice through the Ribbon, Swear Promises to Friends, old & new & prepare for the next journey (in the most Comfortable Attire of Course!) to wage war in the depths of A Court of Forgotten Melody by Sarah J. Maas, at this unique Midnight Celebration of her upcoming release!
The follow up celebration to Back to Velaris a Midnight Release Party on October 26th, 'Lil Bug Events Company now invites all ACOTAR Lovers alike to come together in triumph to remind ourselves of the Joy that feeds this community beyond the Magical Courts & Cities like Velaris...so what better home to do it in than The House of Wind? On January 11th from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. The House of Wind is transforming the venue of Nord Social in Midland, MI into the Perfect Cozy Getaway with several new activites that offer up the Magical Services to create classic Slumber Party experiences! Arrive in MATCHING Pajama Sets that can be Preordered through an exclusive link with Storylines by Sav, a Boutique Bookish Clothing Brand inspired by the same books you love to ensure peak comfort.
Where this comfort continues is with Nord Social delivering themed ACOFM Cocktails that elevate any Slumber Party, but be sure to snag some treats from a selection of Girl Dinner options to enjoy throughout the space! They are definitely Valkyrie Approved!
But there's a Twist, like any training segment the Illyrians threw at them...You have Missions, Training & Bookish Tactical Gear to Prep!
Upon entering The House of Wind you will receive a simple card to track your Valkyrie Assignments:
Travel & Tactical Gear Preparation - this station is dedicated to the construction, designing, securing & decorating your most essential gear as a Bookish Girlie: The Tote Bag (Travel Pack if you ask an Illyrian)
Compass Calibration - this station is dedicated to creating & imbuing your own magic into the optimal tracking & navigational system - Valkyrie Friendship Bracelets! Make the magic Permanent with unique selections to purchase from Kate Permanent Jewelry!
Land Navigation & Mind-Stilling Practice - this station is dedicated to crafting the perfect illustrations to study at home whilst trading necessary information & practicing Valkyrie specific skills in preparation for the journey ahead (Trinket Trading & Mediatative Coloring, a necessity for any artist according to our High Lady)
Tactical Rappelling Gear - this station is dedicated to designing a secure harnesses to fit within each Valkyrie's pack seamlessly for any mission they face (Key, Book & Bag Chains, quite a crucial accessory)
Valkyrie Deployment & Assignments - this station is dedicated to securing the next steps in your journey beyond the last page of ACOFM, when the reading slump inevitably hits...Creating A TBR (To Be Read) Jar.
Complete each station, submit your card & prepare for the next movements of ACOFM! All for a chance to win an ultimate Raffle Prize of Book themed Goodies!
At the end of the night take your pack with all your gear to the final destination - Picking Up Your Copy of ACOTAR 7, Valkyrie Movements II & III, A Court of Forgotten Memory by Sarah J. Maas from our Independent Bookstore Partner Bookmarks, located in Midland, MI!

For a Starry Slumber Party there are 2 Ticket Options for all Valkyrie attendants:
Valkyrie with ACOFM Book - includes access to all event activites, viable entry into the Raffle upon completion of said activities, 1 Complimentary Drink, access to the food selections available at the event & a dedicated copy of ACOFM to take home after 12:01 a.m.
Valkyrie without ACOFM Book - includes access to all event activites, viable entry into the Raffle upon completion of said activities, 1 Complimentary Drink & access to the food selections available at the event
As well every Valkyrie Guest will be gifted a Mini Care Package to pack into your Valkyrie gear as part of a thank you & best wishes in the long journey through Movements II & III ahead.
All guests are welcome & encouraged to wear the Dedicated Pajamas provided at a discount through Storyline by Sav, the Boutique Bookish Bestie dedicated to delivering Cozy Party Merchandise! Otherwise all Valkyries are encouraged to Cosplay, dress comfortably & prepare for a Cozy Night in at The House of Wind!
