Join us for an early summer day women's retreat. Together we will re/connect to the wisdom of the earth for personal and planetary healing, expanding our circles of connection to self, community and the natural world.

At Chrysalis Collective, we blend transformational learning with experiential workshops and peer support to help women navigate major life transitions during these difficult times. Our programs provide not only knowledge for a new earth, but safe spaces for self-reflection, inspiration, and transformation fostering personal growth that will benefit generations to come.

Merritt & Meri will guide you in women's healing cirlces, embodied nature-based practices, seasonal rituals, guided meditations, and a poetic exercise for interconnection. Each exercise is designed to guide you in exploring deeper levels of the self in relationship to that various ecosystems in which we live. A light nourishing lunch will be provided.

The event is located at a private home in Westport, CT. The exact address will be provided to paid registrants a few days prior to the event. The event will take place outdoors in a manicured outdoor space surrounded by natural landscape. A private bathroom will be available in indoors. Unfortunately, the space is not ADA accessible. While there are shady areas outdoors, you may wish to bring sunglasses, a hat, plant-based bug repellant and sunblock in the event of heavy sun.

Merritt Juliano & Meredith Chesrown

Merritt Juliano is an integrative facilitator and eco women's integral psychotherapist. Merritt specializes in women's issues, climate distress, life transitions and nature connection. Merritt is also a shamanic practitioner and mindful outdoor guide called to help others connect to the wider net of life. Merritt lives in Westport with her husband, 10-year old son, and a wise Twoodle named Clover.

Meredith Chesrown is a community herbalist and creativity coach with a lifelong love of nature. Meredith holds a certificate in plant-based medicine from Cornell University. She is currently raising three kids and one rambunctious golden doodle in Westport, CT.
