It’s Never Too Late to Swing – Savoy Ballroom-Style Dance – ConneXion Big Band & Canberra Swing Katz

Come out and dance to the music of Chick Webb, Gene Krupa and Benny Goodman, or just sit and enjoy the swing band 'vibe' of the '30s and 40s. 

You can come just to listen to the band, of course. However, if you're not already a swing dancer but have always wanted to give it a try, you can also sign up for expert instruction at a workshop to be held in the same venue the day before, from 10:00 to 12:00 pm. This event is hosted by the Canberra Swing Katz and the music will be supplied by ConneXion Big Band, directed by Greg Stott, and for this occasion we will be featuring the amazing talents of vocalists Annaliesa Rose and Tony Haley.

Tickets will also be available at the door (at a higher price).  Doors open at 3:30 pm.
