Learn to make some yummy German dishes - with a twist - then sit down and enjoy them with others!

We will get a taste of Germany with our host Lisa Buehrmann, who is from Bremen in Germany but now lives in Hinds. Lisa has lived in New Zealand for 6 years and is a frequent attendee of our 'A Taste of ...' classes. Now it's her turn to guide us in making the meal. Lisa is vegan so the menu is completely vegan, which is therefore dairy free - but not gluten free.

Together we will prepare a two course meal that features vegan German meatballs, kohlrabi or celery schnitzel and potato salad. For dessert we will make Butterkuchen - a typical North German cake.

Come along and get some new recipe ideas, learn about another country and enjoy a delicious dinner together with others! A tasty and filling 2-course meal and a wonderful learning experience for $18.85 - a bit of a bargain don't you think?
