A Taste of Road Safety Management & Leadership
Event description
The ACRS South Australia Chapter is pleased to invite you to a hybrid event (face to face and virtual) for those seeking a taste of road safety management, and discussion on the essential elements for achieving sustained reductions in road trauma, on our path to zero. Leading road safety management consultant Martin Small, together with Bernard Carlon, Chief of the Centre for Road Safety in New South Wales, will set the scene with presentations and then answer questions from the audience.
Send in your questions ahead of time – for example:
· How do we get safety positive decisions made?
· Is quantitative data and research evidence ever enough?
· How do we best influence different stakeholders?
· Should we build safety in, or add safety on?
· How do we get out of the safety hole we are in?
The session will be chaired by Dr Jamie McKenzie, Chair of the ACRS South Australia Chapter. Join us for this engaging session that will offer fresh perspectives and practical insights into how we can lead communities towards eliminating fatal and serious injury on the road.
