A Taste of the Czech Republic - Christmas Edition

Learn to make Christmas dishes common in the Czech Republic, then sit down and enjoy them with others!
We will get a taste of the Czech Republic with our hosts Iva Lukášková and Martina Dolášová. Originally from Česká Lípa, Iva has been living in New Zealand for the past 14 years and in Methven for 13. Martina is from Praha and has been in NZ for 7 years and Methven for 6. They will share Czech Christmas culture and cuisine with us.
Get some new recipe ideas, learn about another country and their Christmas traditions. Enjoy a relaxed and social event making a delicious dinner which you will enjoy at the end!
The menu will include:
Schnitzel
Potato salad - gf, df, vt
Černý Kuba, a mushroom barley casserole - df, vt
Apple strudel and cream - vt
(v= vegan, vt= vegetarian, df= dairy free, gf= gluten free)
