A Tasting of Caro Piccolo’s Premium Wines
Event description
Not to be missed!
Caro Piccolo Wines are an expression of place and culture. The grapes are all grown on the farm and are carefully selected to suit the climate and conditions of the region as well as reflect the Mediterranean heritage of the Piccolo family.
The process starts in the vineyard with sustainable and nature-led practices to produce quality fruit. Their
winemaking methods are simple and honest, giving their wines sovereignty to be a true expression of the
varieties.
Showcasing their passion for the Riverina region and all things fresh and local, Luke and Bonnie of Caro Piccolo's Wines
will guide us
through seven wines from their Caro Piccolo's Lilias range, sharing their stories and philosophies behind the brand, farming and winemaking.
The wines are paired with a small menu of
house made charcuterie, pickles, and preserves (produce grown on Piccolo's farm) and their house-baked
sourdough. All prepared by award winning chef/owner of Limone Dining Luke Piccolo.
