Journey to Inner Calm (سفر به آرامش درونی)
Join us for an 8-week program designed to restore balance, nurture resilience, and create a safe space for Iranian women in Adelaide to heal and reconnect with themselves.
Led by Mona Rahmanzadeh – Holistic Health Coach, Life Coach & Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor – each weekly session blends gentle Kundalini yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation. The program is carefully structured to release stress, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional wellbeing in the aftermath of collective challenges.
