A Truffle Evening Under the Stars
Event description
Enjoy a Truffle Evening Under the Stars. The Sarabah Chalet Bistro chef will create a three-course dinner featuring gourmet truffle products from the Truffle Discovery Centre, served under the stars and amongst the vines in The Secret Garden.
The entree will be a truffle quail with almond liqueur glaze on a cauliflower puree, or for vegetarians, a truffle parmesan (roasted cauliflower and broccoli), either paired with the Sarabah Estate Vineyard 2020 Private Reserve Chardonnay. Vegan option is also available.
Your choice of roasted pork loin with porcini mushroom truffle sauce or porcini mushroom and truffle pasta with baked goat's cheese will be served as your mouth-watering main, paired with a glass of the new Sarabah Estate Vineyard 2020 Private Reserve Merlot.
Dessert will complete the celebration with a trio of truffle chocolates and the in-house made Sarabah Estate Vineyard's Very Good Gelato, in fig and honeycomb and paired with our Sarabah Estate Vineyard Tawny Port.
