A Vision for Christchurch as a Learning City

What would it look like if Christchurch was a ‘learning city’?  What do you picture when you hear this.  Do you have clear visions, or just questions?  Are you interested to hear what other people have in mind?  Does this question inspire you, or are you daunted by the amount of change we would need?

With so much talent and imagination around us, we need your help to create a compelling vision of Christchurch as a learning city.  It will help us identify the areas of change we need, and could provide tangible opportunities to explore and take meaningful steps.  Maybe we can even bring some of it to life, building live examples of the future, today!

Join us at Tūranga on Wednesday 15th May, 3pm - 5pm to take part in this exercise of imagination.  Using simple tools from Futures Thinking (aka Strategic Foresight) we will begin to create a vision together.  We guarantee it will be a fun and engaging session, which might just lead us to be a learning city!
