Join us for an insightful and interactive Casual Conversations webinar focused on Wellbeing in Architecture. This online event is designed to spark meaningful discussions on balancing professional and personal life, fostering wellbeing within the architecture field, and exploring strategies that support mental and emotional health.

The event will feature an interactive discussion covering a range of topics, including Parlour’s approach to wellbeing, strategies for achieving work-life balance, reflections on what has worked in promoting wellbeing, how other professions are supporting wellbeing and what can be adopted in architecture, as well as an overview of available resources to support mental and emotional health in the workplace. Throughout the event, there will be opportunities for Q&A sessions to dive deeper into each topic.

We are excited to have Seini O’Connor from Optimally as our guest speaker, who will provide her valuable insights and expertise on fostering wellbeing in the workplace. Seini’s experience and perspectives will be a key highlight of the event, adding depth to the discussions.
