Soul Motion dance meditation and live music with Geeti and Gyan

An invitation to join Geeti and Gyan for a nourishing, uplifting and playful journey into the heart and soul, through the power of sound vibration and movement meditation.

Drawing upon Geeti’s training in Kiryuho Japanese Movement Meditation, Soul Motion conscious dance, naada yoga and sound healing you will be invited to move from the inside out while cultivating awareness and connecting with the authentic flow of your energy.

Live original music by Gyan infused with Sanskrit mantra and original lyrics will help to nourish and inspire your journey, allowing you to flow freely and embody your true soul’s expression alone and together.

Moving in this way with deep listening and acceptance helps to shift and rebalance any stuck energy or stiffness, opens our heart and creativity and brings us into a deep connection with our soul and the world around us.

There session will conclude with an integrating and blissful sound bath.

About Geeti and Gyan

Geeti & Gyan are mantra musicians & movement & meditation facilitators who bring deep soul connection and joy to their innovative fusion of sacred song, kirtan, dance, yoga & sound healing to open the heart & transform lives.

Geeti and Gyan love offering inclusive spaces through their music and facilitation which support people to relax, let go, express, heal and feel deep nourishment and peace.

Geeti is an accredited Nāda (sound) yoga teacher, sound healer and kirtanist with many years experience also as a Soul Motion conscious dance and Kiryuho movement meditation facilitator.

Gyan is an accredited hatha yoga and meditation teacher, kirtanist, sound healer and singer-songwriter.

Geeti and Gyan’s original East-meets-West conscious music fuses contemporary and traditional kirtan and mantra with uplifting English lyrics, and features a variety of instruments including guitar, harmonium, sitar, cajon, manjira, tabla, piano, flute and hand pan.

They also incorporate celestial and grounding instruments into their offerings including Alchemy crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drum, rainstick, sansula and chimes.

‘Geeti and Gyan’ are based in Sydney and offer regular classes, workshops and retreats both in person and online and also love invites! They are core members of the Northern Beaches based kirtan group “Sound Samadhi”.
