A Meditation and Silences Retreat using Breathwork, Sound Healing, Other Meditation Techniques and Silence to allow you the time and space to Connect to Your Self

This is your opportunity to give yourself some time to Sit, Reflect and Be

The weekend will strengthen your existing Meditation practice, provide a basis for you to commence a regular Meditation practice or just give you a relaxing weekend away

There will be periods of silence to foster an atmosphere of introspection and inner focus. Silence allows us to deepen our meditation practice and cultivate mindfulness in everyday activities.

The Retreat will provide opportunities for you to connect with others on a similar path. Shared meals, group discussions, and communal activities will foster a sense of community and support among Retreat participants.

The Meditation Retreat may be physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging, especially for those new to intensive meditation practice. You may encounter discomfort, restlessness, emotional ups and downs, and resistance to the practice itself. However, these challenges can also be opportunities for growth, insight, and transformation.

Investment for the weekend, Friday night, Saturday and Sunday is $ 190 plus booking fees

All meals (except breakfast), coffee and accommodation in 2 bedroom self contained apartment which has a bathroom, kitchen & lounge room. All linen & towels are included
