Ever heard of a progressive lunch? This one's bipedal, as you'll be cycling your way to eat each of 3 courses at a different community garden on Waiheke.

Meet at Waiheke Bike Hub at 11:45am, where you will be introduced to the awesome mahi of Cycle Action Waiheke. After that, you will ride to Blackpool Community Garden for appetisers, wend your way to Surfdale Food Forest for the main course, and finish up at Ostend Community Garden for a delicious dessert!

At each garden, there will be time to hear about the kaupapa from one of Home Grown Waiheke Trust's volunteers as well as explore a little: we're estimating a ~2pm wrap-up for the event.

On the menu? Seasonal vegetarian delights, featuring produce from the community gardens themselves! Please let us know about any allergies when you book your ticket.

You will be guided along the route by Cycle Action Waiheke's lovely and high-visified Vibeke, plus tail-end "Charlie". We will have gazebos in case of rain, so don't get your gears in a crank (we'll keep you updated). Please bring a drinking vessel with you if you have one.
