    From classical masterpieces to contemporary compositions, A Winter's Eve Piano Concert promises a delightful blend of genres, catering to every musical taste. 

    This concert will feature two talented Blue Mountains' musicians, Gordon Miller and Thomas Matula.

    Gordon Miller is a dedicated pianist under the guidance of his tutor, Amanda Handel. He has covered a diverse repertoire through the Australian Musical Examinations Board and has played in many piano recitals. Gordon has been awarded several prizes at annual eisteddfods in regional NSW. His passion for the piano and desire for artistic fulfilment has drawn Gordon onto the path of becoming a professional pianist.

    Thomas Matula started playing piano in year 6 when he learned to play Für Elise for a school project. During Covid-19 lockdowns, Tom used online resources to teach himself more piano. In Year 9 Tom began private lessons at the Penrith Conservatorium and later with Amanda Handel, a local piano teacher, performer, composer. Tom is an aspiring composer who would like to compose music for film in the future. 

    Come along and enjoy this cosy winter themed event.
