Winter is well and truly here and while we’re invited by nature to slow down.. this is your opportunity to do just that — to pause, go inward and make way for new beliefs, healing and realignment of your energy ⚡️

Join us on Saturday 19th of July for our immersion into stillness, movement, and self-discovery. Through a powerful blend of yoga, group connection, guided meditation, breathwork, sound and live music—we’ll create space for healing, clarity, and inner transformation.
