Hey my name is Leye,

Recently I had an impulse to share some techniques that I had learnt after 10 days meditating in silence and no contact with the outside world.

A zen meditation 2 is now live. I've created this for you so you can sit,be still, direct your attention into the body and initiate a sequence of healing mind and body.

Through directing attention and observing we gain control, we gain power to choose, and you will feel Inspired.

The benefits are unlimited and we will discuss how to combine these techniques in your day to day.

I look forward to guiding you through an ancient practice.

With gratitude,

Leye
