A1 turns 1!
Event description
A1 is about to complete its first trip around the sun, so we are putting on a bit of a shindig to celebrate! We'll be throwing together some of our favourite things: Indian Home Diner, delicious drinks and tunes by DJ Levins and DJ Ritual.
Chef Scotty will be putting together a special little menu of some additional Indian inspired snacks and we'll have a short but sweet selection of drinks by some of our awesome suppliers.
The menu is $45pp and this sets you up with:
1 drink (beer, cocktail or non-alcoholic)
and
2 x Mini kebab
- Classic (chicken tikka, naan, onion bhaji, butter chicken sauce)
- A1 Riff (chicken tikka, naan, curry leaf cream, aloo chop)
** Note there will be a vegetarian option available

Turmeric pickle plate (okra, cauliflower, onion, radish)
Chicken wing (lime pickle dressing, raita)
Kingfish collar, rogan josh sauce
DETAILS:
When: Sunday 23rd June from 1-6pm (NOTE: Best to arrive early to nab your table & kitchen will stop food service at 4pm)
Where: A1 Canteen, 2-10 Kensington Street, Chippendale 2008.
