Tour dates

The itinerary is currently being finalised (TBC), with transport between all sites provided via coach.

Monday 19 October: Arrive at Novotel Christchurch Airport, 6pm group dinner at Novotel Christchurch Airport restaurant ‘Food Exchange’

Tuesday 20 October: 9:00am-5:00pm Site tours include Silver Fern Farms, Christchurch Hospital and Burwood Hospital, with more to be announced

Wednesday 21 October: 7:30am-5:30pm Site tours include Synlait Milk, ANZCO Canterbury, and more to be announced

Thursday 22 October: 8:00am-5:00pm - Site tours include Meadow Mushrooms, MG New Zealand, returning to hotel and airport for departure

Hotel bookings:

We have secured a discounted rate at the Novotel Christchurch Airport. Please advise A2EP if you do not wish to stay here.

Room Rate: $299.00 room only per room per night. A2EP will pay for breakfast at the hotel.

Payment/Billing: All rooms guests to pay direct, all accommodation requests must be accompanied by the credit card guarantee, a SecurePayBy link will be emailed to you.

Cancellation Ts & Cs: you have until 72 hours (3 days) prior to the booking date to cancel the accommodation free of charge, if the booking is cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date, then full charges will apply.

Offer validity: the discounted offer will be available till 30 days prior to the event date, i.e. 19 September, thereafter rooms and rate offer will be subject to availability.

The final itinerary and other details will be sent to registrants one week before the tour.
