Event description
Join us as we take a deep dive into the 12 Promises of recovery, at a weekend of fellowship, meetings and guest speakers in the picturesque surrounds of Hobart Bush Cabins in southern Tasmania. The venue has conference facilities, a range of onsite accommodation, extensive parking, room to roam through the bush, a firepit and an outdoor sanctuary for quiet reflection.
Registration includes all sessions, meals and
accommodation.

Accommodation options
Standard dormitory cabins
This accommodation option is included in standard registration.
Free-standing dormitories accommodate up to 10 people in bunks. Bedding is not provided so you will need to
BYO. Each dormitory has an ensuite toilet and washbasin. Showers are available in a separate shower block.
Dormitories will be designated male or female and allocated on that basis. If this does not work for you, consider
the other accommodation options available or email us at hobartroundup@gmail.com and we will assist as far as we
are able.
Accessible dormitory
A wheelchair accessible dormitory with full ensuite bathroom is available at no additional cost. This dormitory is located close to the dining and meeting rooms and has level access to these common areas.
Standard dormitory cabins
Self-contained Cabins
There are seven self-contained cabins on site. Each cabin has a kitchen/dining area, 2 bedrooms and an ensuite
bathroom. One bedroom contains a queen bed. The second bedroom contains four bunks. Linen is supplied.
This accommodation can be selected for an additional cost. When booking cabin accommodation, you can reserve an
individual bunk, a room (queen room or 4-bed bunk room) or an entire cabin (sleeps 6). Unless you book an entire
cabin, there may be people of a different gender in the other room of your cabin.

Donations to 'Pay it forward'
When you purchase your registration, there is an option to make a donation to the 'Pay it forward' fund. Members, who
are able to, are encouraged to donate to this fund when registering. The fund will be used to offset
discounts on concession tickets.
Is there a concession rate?
Yes. There is a $50 discount on registration for a bunk in a dorm or a bunkroom available if you are Tasmanian resident who is unemployed, receive an age or disability support pension, or are eligible for a Health Care Card. To access the concession, use the discount code CONC and send supporting evidence to hobartroundup@gmail.com (eg. a photo of your health care card). This information will be used only for the purpose for which it is supplied and then deleted.
Can I pay my registration in installments?
To receive your ticket immediately, you will need to pay in a single payment through the Humantix checkout. Howeveuse r, we can arrange for an invoice to be issued which reserves a spot for you and gives you 60 days to pay. This option is available for single bookings. Before registering, email hobartroundup@gmail.com and ask for a special invoice booking link.
Can I stay offsite?
Yes. The standard registration includes an optional bunk but registrants are welcome to stay offsite if they wish.
