Tapestry of Excellence — a powerful tribute to the rich diversity, enduring impact, and exceptionalism of the AAPI community. This tapestry reflects the essence of our collective journey: where we come from, the perspectives we bring, and the remarkable contributions we make to the investment industry as LPs, GPs and thought leaders in our business.

Each thread in this tapestry tells a unique story—of cultural heritage, perseverance, and achievement. Woven together, these threads create a vibrant, dynamic portrait of excellence shaped by innovation, leadership, and resilience of our community.

At this year’s conference, we come together to celebrate and ELEVATE AAPI voices and achievements — advancing a more inclusive and dynamic future for everyone.

Our flagship event will kick off with an opening reception on Monday, September 29th, and end with a networking lunch on Wednesday, October 1st. Like previous conferences, AAAIM will create plenty of opportunities for networking and reconnecting with industry colleagues through round tables and lunch & learn sessions with top LPs.

We are excited to welcome our long-standing partners, industry leaders and new members to our flagship event! Onsite registration will not be available.

September 30 - A full-day of fast-paced and focused programming.

To qualify for AAAIM’s LP Complimentary Registration, you must meet the following criteria:

· You are in a decision-making role at your firm (e.g., CIO, Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager).
· Your firm is a recognized institutional Limited Partner actively investing in or evaluating funds/managers for capital deployment. Examples of qualifying institutions include pension funds, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, corporate LPs, family offices, insurance companies, and fund of funds.

Refund Policy

Refunds requests are accepted up to 30 days before the event in the original form of payment (minus a $50 processing fee). Refund requests up to 7 days before the event will be honored in the form of credit to next year's event. To request a ticket transfer, please email info@aaaim.org with the subject "transfer." Day-of registration will not be permitted for the conference.

Releases

Photographic Release: There will be photographers and film crews at the event. By signing up for a registration pass, you agree to grant to AAAIM and its authorized representatives permission to record your participation on photography, video, or audio. Any or all of the material recorded or photographed may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications used to promote AAAIM. Such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.

Chatham House Rule: Participants are free to use information at our event. However, to allow for a more open and honest discussion, the AAAIM National Conference implements Chatham House Rule, whereby participants are asked to not identify or affiliate statements to specific speakers. No media will be present.
