AAAIM NOW (NETWORK OF WOMEN) is an initiative inspired by our 2022 research, “Beyond the Glass Ceiling.” This group uplifts the unique experience of women in the industry and seeks to support their growth through mentorship, development, and networking opportunities. Through this initiative, members are encouraged to embrace their diversity and advocate for their career.
