A two-day workshop organised by the AACB/RCPAQAP Toxicology and Therapeutic Drugs Advisory Committees.

The AACB/RCPAQAP Toxicology and Therapeutic Drugs Advisory Committees have organised back-to-back in-person workshops at the RCPAQAP facility with expert speakers designed to inform clinical laboratories that offer toxicology and TDM services about current and emerging challenges.

Method development, updates to accreditation requirements, new and emerging therapeutic drugs and challenges in staying current in the ever-changing drugs of abuse landscape.

Target audience:
Pathologists, Scientists, Researchers and other health professionals

Expected outcomes:

An understanding of the process to set-up new TDM and Toxicology assays in your laboratory
An understanding of the potential pitfalls with some immunoassay toxicology methods
The changes needed to comply with the new ISO 4023 standard
Better patient outcomes where appropriate TDM is available
