AAEEBL 2026: Annual Meeting and Symposium

The Association for Authentic, Experiential, and Evidence-Based Learning (AAEEBL) invites educators, practitioners, and scholars to its annual meeting in June and virtual conferences. 

Over the past few years, the AAEEBL Annual Meeting has focused on ePortfolio practices, drawing attention to digital ethics and the ways that ePortfolio implementations can support metacognition, disciplinary excellence, personal and professional mattering, and the well-being of both learners and practitioners. These explorations have been particularly important in the wake of transformative global changes incited by the pandemic and advancements in artificial intelligence.

This year, your work takes center stage. The call for proposals invites you to share what works for you, your students, your department, your school, and your professional world. We welcome proposals on tried-and-true strategies, innovations, new questions, and glimmers of hope.

Indianapolis welcomes AAEEBL!

The backdrop for AAEEBL 2026 is downtown Indianapolis and a full slate of activities. From concerts as varied as Post Malone & Jelly Roll to Mahler's Resurrection, you can create your own adventure. June 10-12, Indy comes alive with WNBA's the Fever vs. Chicago, minor league baseball, night life, museums, and the Strawberry Festival.

Symposium

Join us on June 16 and 17, 2026, online to discuss portfolios in inspiring and engaging sessions. We've got the following planned:

Registration and tickets

You can register for one or for both events. All registration fees include a one-year membership with AAEEBL and are shown in US Dollars.

Individuals (full-time employees):

• $249 in-person and online, four days

• $199 in-person only, both days

• $99 online, both days; in-person, one day

Part-time employee, retired, or unwaged:

• $99 in-person and online, four days

• $49 online, both days

Students:

• $49 in-person and online, four days

• free for online  

Institutions: Register up to 10 individuals for just $750. Please contact us to receive instructions on how to pay and register.
