Join us at the Australasian Section of the American Oil Chemists' Society biennial conference (#AAOCS2025), this year at the Rendezvous Hotel in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, November 10th to 12th, 2025. The theme of this year's conference is "Fats & Oils: Food, Health, Industry & Innovation" and aims to look at current innovations in fats and oils research and industry.
The program will present the latest science and industry updates relating to edible oil and ingredient supply, biotechnology, manufacture of fat-based products, nutritional research, oil analysis, latest developments with omega-3 oils, dairy lipids, olive oil and other activities that support the industry.
There will be plenty of time for networking, including at the not to be missed conference dinner (included in ticket price) which will be held at the Melbourne SeaLife Aquarium!
