Are you interested in animal welfare? Maybe you're looking to get into the industry?

Learn from our talented & experienced Animal Welfare Manager, Mandy, on a behind-the-scenes shelter tour.

AAPS will be running two tours of our facilities in conjunction with our Christmas Fete on Sunday, 3 December. Booking spaces are limited and all proceeds from tickets donations will go directly to our animal's welfare.

Tour runs for approx. 45-60 minutes.

Donation amount of $10 pp or $20 family (2 adults + children) is requested.

Tickets for good, not greed Humanitix dedicates 100% of profits from booking fees to charity

The founders of AAPS were a group of people greatly concerned about animal welfare, to help address the need for an Animal Shelter in the South Eastern region of Melbourne in Victoria.

Established over 50 years ago, our shelter cares for and nurtures homeless animals, aiming to return as many as possible to their owners or find them new fur-ever homes.

Although most animals in our care are dogs, cats, and rabbits, the shelter accepts all animals in need, including native animals, farm animals, birds, ferrets, and other domesticated animals.
