Join us for a catch up and to check in with others within our community by starting a conversation.

We will kick off at Yowza Wellbeing Studio with a quick information session regarding R U Ok and how we can implement strategies immediately to help start conversations any where, any time.

Then meet up with friends or meet new people in the courtyard in front of Penny Lane for a social drink.

September the 8th is our national day of action when we remind Australians that every day is the day to ask, 'are you OK? ' and start a meaningful conversation whenever they spot the signs that someone they care about might be struggling with life.

So please join us this year by. .
