Abbe Ranch- History Reception & Presentation

Join DLC, Douglas County Libraries, and volunteer historian Sharon Sjostrom to learn about the history of the conserved Abbe Ranch! With a family history rich in literature, photography, and equestrian excellence, the fascinating story of the Abbes is sure to enthrall.

A reception will be held upstairs in the Sjostrom Lounge beginning at 5pm- this is a great chance to view the display of Abbe Ranch history that the Library has put together. The presentation will begin at 6pm downstairs in Event Hall A.

DLC presentations are offered free of charge, but a $10 per person donation is suggested so that we may continue to offer educational outreach events in the community.
