The Australian outdoors is a place full of wonder, beauty and adventure. Come along to this free session to build your skills & confidence to help you enjoy the great outdoors within the City of Whittlesea.

Join the City of Whittlesea and Rob Richards, Emma Swann and the team from Its Naturally You for Australian Bush Comfort and Confidence, an interactive and fun session helping you to enjoy the outdoors. The free 2.5 hr session will equip you with the skills to step out into the bush within the City of Whittlesea....and beyond. We’ll show, discuss and role-play the wondrous, bizarre, the secrets, humorous and inviting culture and landscape of the Australian bush.

Introduction to the Australian Bush, with a local City of Whittlesea lens
your local Conservation Reserves
Bush Culture
Skills and preparation
Bush safety
Where to find help

Register and come along with your friends or family and start exploring the City of Whittlesea landscapes.

We will be running these sessions from the Riverside Community Centre but will also be going for a small walk, so best to wear appropriate warm clothing and sturdy shoes.
