Yin Yoga with Wendy Douglas
Wendy will lead a calming Yin Yoga session designed to enhance lymphatic flow and support abdominal health. The practice will include poses focusing on the stomach and spleen meridians, which help with digestion and promote detoxification. These gentle, long-held postures work deeply into the fascia, releasing tension and restoring balance within the body.
With Wendy’s soothing approach, the session integrates breathwork and mindfulness, offering a deeply restorative experience for both body and mind. The workshop provides a holistic, hands-on opportunity to boost immunity and overall vitality, including a simple massage technique you can easily share with family and friends. No prior yoga experience is necessary, making this session accessible to all.
