Open up a whole new world of creativity for young and old by learning sewing. This course is the 9th of a 10 week series filled with fun projects and helpful basic sewing knowledge.

This class is new this term and former sewing students are welcome to join us in creating a festive bunting. :) Just in time before Christmas you can create a wonderful last minute home decor bunting that can either be used as a gift or as a decoration that you can display throughout the year or use it as a Christmas special and use christmas themed fabric. All up to you.

I'll show you a few tricks on how to make them more customisable so that you can add a very personal touch. Ideal for any unique gift idea.

Please approach me about the customisable options if you are not able to attend the class in the week before as one option will have to be prepared at home or if not possible be arranged so I can prepare it for you.

I don't have a sample for it yet as I still have to make mine but it will be awesome. :) Can't wait to make this wonderful and creative gift or home decor project with you. :)

Also it could be that we will need more time than the 3 hours I'm not sure yet as I haven't had this class before. For term for I leave it open if we do another class the day after as class 10 or if we extend the time. This is something we can discuss and decide when the class appraches closer.

These classes are designed with children in mind and to teach them slowly and step by step some common basic sewing knowledge that you can find in all 3 sewing segments. Some women asked if they could join as well as they feel the bite size knowledge makes them feel more comfortable. So if that's you please feel free to join our small group of beginner sewing enthusiasts and grow your skill with like minded people in an relaxed atmosphere.

I will guide you or your child through a wonderful adventure to tap into your or their creativity and help them to not just learn sewing but also belief in your own or their own ideas and celebrate each creation and success no matter how small.

The classes are designed to teach some sewing basics over a 10 week period. Every project and every class covers a different topic from hand sewing basics over machine sewing basics. If you already feel confident in a certain area but need some more help in another. Just sign up for the specific class to learn more about that topic or book in for all 10 classes if you absolutely new to sewing. Either way you will always learn something and have fun sewing your own little creations. :)

Sewing is a huge and wide field that is packed with lots of different knowledge depending on specific techniques and knowledge needed within each sewing segment. My approach is to introduce bite size pieces of this wide field through small and fun projects and a calm and relaxed environment where everyone can tap into their creativity and Be Amazed about their own results in the end and what they are capable of.

From 8 years.

Maximum attendance:

5 students at a time (Any former students of mine please approach me directly. As I know you already know most of the techniques that we have to do we might be able and have a few more spots during this class.)

What you need to bring:

- Your own sewing machine - or your mums or nanny's any basic machine will do :)

- Sewing machine thread

- Bobbins suitable for your machine

- Instruction manual in case your machine plays up and special help is needed

- Your basic sewing tools as learned in Class 1 (This is important as we will have to prep our fabrics)

- Fabric for your bunting. (I will calculate what material we need in the next few weeks and will inform you in time. This is also a great way to use fabric you have already at home and would like to use.)

Course costs include:

- max. 3 hour sewing lesson (depending on how many sutdents are attending and how quickly we progress)

- Access to an online platform on my website to track your milestones (this is new and in test mode. I will provide additional documents, detailed instruction videos if needed and in the future fun challenges to keep them occupied during school holidays through this platform. In case in-person classes should be cancelled again in the future I'm able to create class content through this platform as well.)
