Event description
Abode's First Birthday.
To celebrate an incredible year with our Abode Community, we gathered for a soul-soothing Wellness Morning surrounded by nature in the heart of Leitrim Village.
Our event will take place in the cosy Cedaroo venue located on the grounds of Drumhierny Woddlands.
We will begin with a grounding yoga practice to awaken the body, followed by peaceful meditation and journaling to invite reflection and stillness.
The morning will conclude with a powerful conscious connected breathwork session, supporting deep release and inner connection.
Held in the the hidden heartlands of Ireland, this morning offers the perfect reset—nurturing body, mind, and spirit in the newly revived space.
Guests are invited to continue the calm with coffee and wholesome treats at The Woodpecker Café, on the beautiful grounds at Drumhierny.

10:40am- Meditaion & Journalling
11:00am: Consious Connected Breathwork.
12;00am: Event Close, option to join us in the woodpecker cafe for coffee & treats.
