Event description

The 2024 Aboriginal Art & Health Key Thinkers Forum will be facilitated by Professor Tom Calma AO FAA and with several Aboriginal researchers and artists including Kisani Upward from University of New England on Thursday 13 June 2024 at Oorala Aboriginal Centre, Booloominbah Drive, University of New England, Armidale NSW. They will be presenting on current and emerging innovations in Indigenist methodologies and research practices. This year’s Key Thinkers Forum will have a particular focus on arts-based research methodologies, offering a chance for attendees to participate in an arts informed networking event on Friday 14 June 2024 at the Aboriginal Cultural Centre and Keeping Place 96 Kentucky street Armidale, NSW (Venue to be confirmed).
