Aboriginal Culture Club - School Holiday Extravaganza - Day 1
Event description
A rare opportunity to be immersed in Aboriginal culture and traditions with passionate, warm and friendly facilitators Palawa man Danny Gardner, and Palawa woman Bron Dillon.
Experience a bush setting while immersed in traditional activities of Aboriginal culture. Opportunities to use fire to make spears, throwing sticks, digging sticks, spear throwing competitions with prizes! Lots of quiet activities on offer too - weaving, cooking and art opportunities.
Please bring a backpack with a full bottle of water, snacks, sunhat, rain jacket and warm jacket. This is an outdoor program.

We believe in leaving no one behind; parents are welcome to stay. If you would like to participate in the full activities; please purchase a ticket. However, if your child needs a little bit of a hand that only Mum or Dad can give; or you want to enjoy some lunch with us in between reading a book or doing some of your own art projects (please note: no mobile reception on site); please book a lunch ticket - AVAILABLE TO ACCOMPANYING ADULTS ONLY.
