Aboriginal Health and Wellbeing Network

The Aboriginal Health and Wellbeing Network, part of the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI), brings together clinicians, consumers, and system leaders to strengthen culturally safe, connected, and evidence-based care for Aboriginal people and communities across NSW.

As part of the ACI, the Network supports evidence-based reform by promoting and implementing new initiatives, frameworks, and models of care that improve outcomes for Aboriginal communities. Our focus is on enhancing and integrating care across the health system — ensuring Aboriginal voices, values, and priorities guide every step.

Through genuine partnership and shared leadership, we collaborate with Network members and key stakeholders to identify and respond to priorities, creating space for innovation, learning, and community-driven change.

Get Involved

The ACI invites you to join our clinical networks and contribute to the design and implementation of innovations in healthcare. There are many ways to connect and participate:

Inform – Stay updated with key activities, events, and priorities of the Network.
Engage – Access our online collaborative platform and participate in Network meetings.
Involve – Contribute informally to specific tasks, discussions, and initiatives.
Collaborate – Take on a formal role in a working group or the Network Executive.
Empower – Help shape priority areas and co-design projects that strengthen Aboriginal health and wellbeing.
