This workshop is designed for individuals seeking guidance on providing support to a friend in accessing and undergoing an abortion. Our aim is for participants to gain increased confidence by the workshop's conclusion, enabling them to offer both emotional and physical assistance to friends or family members throughout the abortion process.

You do not need to know anything about abortion or reproductive and sexual health to attend this training!

This workshop runs for 1 hour and covers the following topics.

What to do if your friend or family member is pregnant and wants and abortion
What to expect (abortion procedures)
What it means to be a support person
Boundaries and self-care
